Now.. who can explain my absence for the weekend?

So to speak, I’ve been away for the weekend & away from my blog due to effing assignments, revisions and making a roadtrip down to Ipoh!

Couzzie Kevin came back from the states (Houston, Texas) for Thanksgiving and it’s a one-way trip for us to indulge in popular Chinese delicacies and non-stop food! (OMG I hear my guilt-chimes ringing)

But before that, he bought me some awesome shyt!

Being back in Ipoh felt good again. It brings back memories!

Speaking of family-bonding, I was flabbergasted when I saw the whole motley crew socializing in the hot afternoon sun outside the house.

Yes, the tummy rumbles. It’s time for a hearty meal at Tai Tong!

Okay fine, I was camwhoring but Kev happened to be innit!

When dinnertime came.. I guess we were pretty much still satiated from all the food throughout the day. But still, what’s a family reunion without a reunion DINNER? LOL

So we headed to MovenPeak – a humongous restaurant with seafood buffet and trust me, the ambience was simply a feast for the eyes itself!

There was steaks and lamb shanks served too.. buffet style!! Like, OMG OMG! Sushi and seafood! Crabs! Mussels! Tiger Prawns! Oh shit, I was about to type ‘Avocados’ but my bad, it’s Abalones!

e for the weekend:

They were practically hogging the wifi computer from the moment I stepped in until the moment I got out.
For heaven’s sake, don’t they need to eat?
*grumbles*

Anyway…. the sushi boat was where I hung out often, apart from the black pepper beef steaks and lamb shanks

Back at the table, I also found this combination of food particularly interesting
