What happens when you turn 24 and you happen to be with me?

Your blog account gets hacked into, you receive a series of burfday surprises and it’s guaranteed that you go down in style with alco influences.

If you’ve been following my blog, you would have already known what I did for him prior to his birthday. Check it out [here]. Anyway, here’s what happened during his birthday weekend when I was in Singapore.

We got to Hard Rock Cafe of which I reserved a table for two at 7.30pm. Being fans of Hard Rock Cafe all around the world, it is no wonder I chose this spot for us to celebrate.

We made a pact that for each country we visit,
the Hard Rock Cafe is a must!

Food was yummy yum yum. I knew this was the place to patronize after hitting KL’s Hard Rock Cafe in Bukit Bintang. What can I say? I’m a huge fan of their salmon and home made soups.

All piccies were shot by my cellphone and compacts.
(I wanted to party light sans the DSLR)

Ta-da. My grilled salmon. Such love! Oh and, it doesn’t help that there’s a camera in fronta you frequently pointing in your direction.

I know I look rather odd from an aerial view

Dang. Excuse the monkey business.

Finally, a decent picture with a proper smile

So we had our meals over awesome banana milkshakes (our personal faves) and old skool rock music. Dope! Bon Jovi, ACDC, The Cranberries and many more took over the tracks.

Did I mention that I was a fan of berries? Strawberries in particular. I always have strawberry lotion on me after a shower. Go geddit gurls, it smells really good!

Cherries really gets to me too. I recently bought a tiny WildCherry lipgloss tub from The Body Shop. Now, I can have cherries on my lips 24/7!

Go poppin’ some cherries!
(pun unintended)
And would you like to share the cream?

ROAR

Just before we left,

I HAD THE ENTIRE HARD ROCK CAFE CREW TO SING HIM A BDAY SONG AND DRAG HIM UP THE STAGE TO STAND ON THE CHAIR… IN FRONTA EVERYONE!
(you will see the video at the end of this blogpost)

When the embarrassing ordeal wonderful experience was over and completed according to plan, we headed down to Clarke Quay to enjoy the rest of the evening with a few kick-ass cocktails.

Oh and guess who’s here to make it all the more merrier?

Our
boys & gurls from the hood ! SS family members!

Yep, that’s right.
Venessa & Cheez

We weren’t the only ones. Ducclebears’ cousin came to join us too

Tonight, I prophesize that we’re all going down
LOL

At 12 midnight, we burst out loud with a birthday song and pulled out a chocolate brownie made by Ven & Cheez.

That’s 24 candles altogether
total meltdown! WOOTs!

More cherries?

Oh, before I forget… we chilled by Marakesh, a Moroccan bar the whole time. A great selection of international favorites, beers, shooters and much more. And also, the Shisha! My buddies and I used to Shisha near Pavillion KL, but this is my 1st time Shisha-ing in Singapore.

A group photo
WITH CHEEZ SHISHA-ING HALFWAY!

Notice : Shisha is not equivalent to smoking. Smoking has tobacco, nicotine and is bad for health. Shisha is actually a steamed flavouring heated up by charcoal.
I do not publicly advocate smoking in my blog FYI.

I love this picture… look at the trail of steam!
And check out his face!

When we all got home, that’s when the absolut party begins.
