Okay time for you to see yet another one of my places of residence again!

There's this nitty-gritty OCD part of me that loves a well-decorated, personalized, neat and organized room.

 

Most of the time, I'm very proud to let you guys take a look! Well, the efforts that I take to make my room pretty & cosy; one that truly represents me does pay off especially when I have guests over *bigwidesmile*

Remember when I showed you my house and room in this post and another one in this post?

Most of you know that I live on-campus or more fondly referred to as 'on rez' (residencies) at the moment.

I was allocated to be on the West rez 32 when I first came to Australia, but since I spent 90% of my time and day in the South rez, I've decided to just permanently move into South rez 9.

 

Nicey?

 

Most of the time, my room/house will be splashed &decorated by reds every where.

I often adopt a red theme wherever I stay, but since I didn't have much choice (all my red stuff are in Malaysia!) my room – for the first time – picked up a blue theme instead :( Blue curtains, blue comforter, blue bedsheets, blue pillowcase.. etc.

door (so they don't become tangled noodles when I wanna wear 'em!)

 

Seriously, I've spent almost an hour trying to detangle my necklaces/chokers before, causing myself to be uber late at certain events I go to! Grrr. Next time my accessories only stay hung up – no where else!

Take a closer look I dreaded how I had to choose between all my shoes to pack into my luggage.

Mom wouldn't let me bring more than FOUR, I was crestfallen! How am I supposed to choose 4 out of my 30 pairs?

 

I eventually sneaked in more than 4 and ended up succumbing to more pretty shoes here

I bought 5 more. Ooops. Sorry mom.

 

Probably not important, but here's the insides of my cupboard.

On to my study table! Where I'm sitting as we speak, supposedly mugging for the exams but can't help to take a short break to blog for a while. Nyahahaha

Now that our assignments & major assessment tasks are over and done with, the exam period comes looming near.

But before that, what better way than to unwind and let down our hair at a houseparty in full swing?

 

Another good idea would be, dousing ourselves with flaming absinthe shots *wink*

My homies back in Malaysia have requested me to buy Absinthe home for them. Would love to, but Absinthe is banned and illegal in Malaysia – so I've heard? Hmmm.. I'd rather not get arrested at KL International Airports the mo I touch down LOL

Also, it's no wonder I've never seen Absinthe at any bottle shop before back at home.

Besides drinking, blasting music and all that jazz, we did some bongs of Kronic too.

I'd recommend anyone who's into bongs/joints take a look at this alternative.

It's legal, and that's what's most important. I know the illegal ones are fun, but ya don't wanna get into the wrong hands of the law now, would you?

 

This big bad wolf will huff and puff and blow down your house!

 

Besides, this packs a bigger punch than the real deal.

He looked pretty comfy, so we left him there for a little longer

Until I gestured for Konzy and Hooper to carry him to his bed

 

It was funny when I assisted a cold, wet Alex undress off his wet clothes and into his pyjamas.

Don't ask me what I saw! Holy bejeebuz.

 

Just less than 2 minutes after putting him to bed, he came outside again

and started eating a whole block of cheese LOL

 

 

After all the laughter was over, i think it was my turn.

Before I knew it, I passed out on the couch. zzzzZZZZZ

 

Woke up with my pyjama pants on.

 

Don't remember changing into that but yay three cheers for crazy night and welcome, exam fever!

 

One of the things that you'll never expect yourself to be dragged into.

To attempt artwork to earn yourself a free pizza dinner.

 

No, if you're wondering… I didn't paint that.

 

I once saw this picture of a 'le chat noir' (French translation: black cat) during one of my Christmas dinners with thefockers at a cosy European restaurant. It symbolizes a 19th century cabaret, or entertainment house in one of the districts in Paris.

Apparently, the image somewhat stuck in my head without me realizing it.. as you shall see.

 

The first thing that came to mind to sketch

 

The student union body decided to hold an art + dinner session one Tuesday evening.

We were given free canvases and acrylic paints to doodle to our hearts content and mingle over pizza.

 

The finished product

 

Not exactly a replica of Le Chat Noir but still, it was inspired by the former in an odd way.

When my mates asked me,"Why this picture?" I didn't even know what to respond with until I got back home and tried Googling cat images from France. Only THEN I realized where I adapted it from.

If anything else fails, it could also remind you of the Australian aboriginal flag.

 

Either way, it looks relatively, modestly fine… ya think? Most importantly, my humble artwork doesn't look too pre-school.

It is proudly hanging on my wall now *biggrin* The pizza was delicious too – which was, no doubt, the main reason why we attended this art session anyway

 

As we approach the exams, this party constitutes our last theme-party we'll rock up at.

So let's make it count as the best! As Pitbull once said :

 

"Give me everything tonight…

For all we know, we might not get tomorrow..

A combination of Good & Evil!

 

The theme for the final party was Good vs. Evil.

Obviously, I chose EVIL. If you know me well enough by now, that's my prerogative.

Ever since I was a child, I've always favoured the villains of any cartoon, TV show or movie

 

 

So… who am I supposed to be this time?

 

Although I didn't go into full cosplay tonight, my character was inspired by Black Cat of Spiderman

 

Should there be a next themeparty I go to, you can be almost certain that a full blown Black Cat will be there to terrorize you

Finally ended up joining the game when everyone agreed that I will not get the King's Cup AGAIN.

Finally, Abraham was the one who ended up with the King's Cup yay! I won't handle another King's Cup anymore LOL
